These Terms & Conditions explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities we both share throughout every project.
Terms of Services
BOLDMARK provides creative marketing and digital services tailored to businesses of all sizes. Every project is unique, and the exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing will be clearly outlined in the project proposal or agreement before work begins.
Our services may include:

Any additional work requested outside the approved scope may require a revised timeline and quotation.

Payments and Invoicing
Projects begin after the agreed advance payment has been received. Payment schedules, milestones, and invoicing terms will be specified within the project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
→ A non-refundable advance payment is required before work begins
→ Remaining payments follow the agreed milestone schedule
→ Delayed payments may affect project timelines and delivery
→ Final project files are released once all outstanding payments have been completed
All invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
Project Revisions & Changes
We encourage collaboration throughout every project.
Reasonable revisions included within the approved scope will be completed as agreed. Requests that significantly change the original scope, objectives, or deliverables may require additional time, revised pricing, or a separate project agreement.
Clear communication helps ensure efficient delivery and successful outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.
BOLDMARK retains the right to showcase completed work within our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Any third-party assets, fonts, stock media, or licensed resources remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of every client relationship.
Any business information, project materials, marketing strategies, or confidential documents shared with us will be handled responsibly and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Where required, we are happy to work under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality creative solutions, BOLDMARK shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publication or launch.
